| How large/heavy are the Nuns? | Each Nun is individually made by hand, is approximately 10 inches tall and weighs approx. 8oz. or 150g depending on accessories. | ||||||||||||||
| Are all Nuns exactly as pictured? | All attempts are made to keep the Nuns consistent but at times, the accessories will change in size, colour, or dimensions due to availability. Since each Nun is individually handmade, no two can be exactly alike. Careful attention to detail ensures a quality product every time. | What happens if an overcharge occurs in shipping charges? | If there is an overcharge for shipping/handling your particular order, a refund will be sent to you for the difference. This could occur in the following situations... 1. a multiple order of cards... The shipping amount is based on dollar amounts, and because shipping $25.00 worth of cards weighs less than the "Nun doll", there will be a difference in the actual shipping cost. For this reason, it is suggested that you email info@nunofakind.com with your card order, and a "Paypal" invoice will be sent out to your email address to process the transaction. 2. Currently, "Nun" purchases can be processed on at a time (Buy Now) through this site. Should you wish to purchase more than one figure, please email the site to receive a "Paypal" invoice, which will modify shipping charges for a multiple order. |

| Are shipments insured? | Each package is insured for up to $100 by Canada Post. In the event of loss or damage, a claim must be filed with Canada Post. At this time we are only able to ship items within Canada and the United States.
American customers please be advised that we are not responsible for any duty, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by U.S. customs or your government. |

| How soon will my order arrive? | Canadian orders will be shipped by expedited post, and depending on the area, should arrive in 2-5 business days. Orders shipped to the United States are shipped "airmail", and should arrive in 7-10 business days...often sooner, depending on USPS.
